Qué compras, cómo se entrega, y qué derechos tienes como comprador.
1. Quiénes somos
NekoStrip es un software desarrollado por Tomás Martín Ortega, 53962472X, Barriada Residencial Aljarasol 43, 41927 Mairena del Aljarafe, Sevilla (España), info@thetomcatmind.com ("el vendedor" o "el autor").
2. Quién procesa el cobro
El pago se realiza a través de Stripe, que actúa como comerciante registrado (merchant of record) de la operación: verás el cargo en tu extracto como procesado por Stripe/Link, y Stripe es quien te envía la factura y el recibo de la compra.
3. Qué compras
Una licencia de uso de NekoStrip para hasta 2 ordenadores tuyos, según se describe en la Licencia de uso. No se vende ningún bien físico. El precio es 9,99 €, impuestos incluidos, pago único (no es una suscripción).
4. Requisitos antes de comprar
NekoStrip requiere Ableton Live 12 Suite en su build Beta (12.4.5 o superior); no funciona en Live Standard, Intro ni Lite. Antes de comprar, comprueba que tu Live tiene la pestaña Extensions en Preferencias. La versión Lite es gratuita y sirve exactamente para comprobarlo.
5. Entrega
La entrega es inmediata y digital: tras confirmarse el pago recibirás un email con tu clave de licencia y el enlace de descarga, y accederás también a una página con el mismo contenido.
6. Derecho de desistimiento
Como consumidor de la Unión Europea, dispones de 14 días naturales desde la compra para desistir sin dar explicaciones. Para contenido digital que se entrega por descarga, la ley prevé una excepción cuando el consumidor consiente expresamente que la entrega empiece de inmediato y reconoce que, al hacerlo, pierde el derecho de desistimiento — esto se recoge en el propio proceso de pago mediante una casilla independiente. El proceso de desistimiento y devolución lo gestiona Stripe, conforme a las condiciones que te muestra en el pago.
7. Garantía legal
NekoStrip cuenta con la garantía legal de conformidad de 2 años que la ley reconoce a los contenidos digitales (Real Decreto-ley 7/2021). Si el software no es conforme con lo descrito — no funciona, no tiene las características anunciadas — tienes derecho a que se solucione. Puedes ejercerla escribiendo a info@thetomcatmind.com.
8. Reclamaciones
Puedes escribirnos directamente a info@thetomcatmind.com. Si prefieres una vía extrajudicial: como residente en España, puedes acudir a la Junta Arbitral de Consumo de tu comunidad autónoma (listado oficial). Si resides en otro país de la UE, puedes acudir a la Red de Centros Europeos del Consumidor de tu país.
9. Licencia de uso
Una vez completada la compra, el uso del software se rige por la Licencia de uso de NekoStrip.
10. Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. Si eres consumidor, conservas el derecho a acudir a los tribunales de tu lugar de residencia habitual.

What you're buying, how it's delivered, and your rights as a buyer.
1. Who we are
NekoStrip is software developed by Tomás Martín Ortega, 53962472X, Barriada Residencial Aljarasol 43, 41927 Mairena del Aljarafe, Sevilla (España), info@thetomcatmind.com ("the seller" or "the author").
2. Who processes payment
Payment is handled through Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction: your statement will show the charge as processed by Stripe/Link, and Stripe issues your invoice and receipt.
3. What you are buying
A licence to use NekoStrip on up to 2 of your own computers, as described in the Licence terms. No physical goods are sold. The price is €9.99, taxes included, a one-off payment (not a subscription).
4. Requirements before buying
NekoStrip requires Ableton Live 12 Suite on its Beta build (12.4.5 or later); it does not run on Live Standard, Intro or Lite. Before buying, check that your Live has the Extensions tab in Preferences. The Lite version is free and is exactly how to check that.
5. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and digital: once payment is confirmed you receive an email with your licence key and download link, and access to a page with the same content.
6. Right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content delivered by download, the law provides an exception when the consumer expressly consents to delivery starting immediately and acknowledges that doing so forfeits the right of withdrawal — this is captured during checkout itself via a separate checkbox. The withdrawal and refund process is handled by Stripe, under the terms shown to you at checkout.
7. Legal warranty
NekoStrip carries the two-year legal guarantee of conformity the law grants to digital content (Royal Decree-Law 7/2021). If the software does not conform to what was described — it doesn't work, or lacks the advertised features — you are entitled to have it fixed. You can exercise this by writing to info@thetomcatmind.com.
8. Complaints
You can write to us directly at info@thetomcatmind.com. For an out-of-court option: if you live in Spain, you can approach the Junta Arbitral de Consumo for your region (official listing). If you live elsewhere in the EU, you can approach the European Consumer Centres Network for your country.
9. Licence to use
Once your purchase is complete, use of the software is governed by the NekoStrip Licence terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of habitual residence.
